77sk Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "77sk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 77sk online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 77sk.org and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and service interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77sk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the unique player account created following successful registration and verification on the 77sk platform.
• "Balance" — the total PKR-denominated funds held within your 77sk Account, including real-money deposits and any eligible bonus amounts credited in accordance with applicable promotion terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by 77sk. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 77sk prior to processing withdrawals or at any point 77sk determines verification is necessary.

Access to and use of the 77sk platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the 77sk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. All of these documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and 77sk.

You accept these Terms at the earliest of: (a) completing the account registration process; (b) making a deposit; (c) placing a bet or initiating a game session; or (d) continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been updated and notified to you. If you are accessing the 77sk platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.

To access real-money games and sports betting on 77sk, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 77sk Account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. 77sk uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77sk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold all balances pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77sk Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77sk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 77sk support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account.

Account Verification. 77sk reserves the right to verify your identity at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers our security or compliance systems. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77sk may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal holds.

By registering on 77sk, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 77sk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Where age cannot be verified to 77sk's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete.

KYC Requirements. To comply with 77sk's international licensing obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform, all players seeking to withdraw funds must complete the following KYC verification process:

1. Identity Verification: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued CNIC or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
2. Address Verification: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address.
3. Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screenshots showing CNIC-linked ownership).

Deposits. 77sk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your 77sk Account balance in real time subject to payment network processing times, which are outside 77sk's direct control. 77sk does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days following completion of identity verification. VIP-tier players benefit from expedited withdrawal processing with a 24-hour target turnaround.

Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and PSL / cricket-specific seasonal promotions. All 77sk bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and verified their Account.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion-specific terms (typically between 20x and 40x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain progressive jackpot slots, and sports betting markets may carry reduced contribution rates (e.g., 10%) compared to standard slot games (100%). Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 77sk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before the wagering requirement is met, 77sk will honour the bonus at the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, providing false information, or colluding with other players — will be voided and all associated balances forfeited.

All casino games available on the 77sk platform — including slots, live dealer baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, Fortune Tree, Fortune Dragon, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the independently verified long-run theoretical returns and are displayed within each game's information panel.

Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software failure during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any bets placed during the malfunction will be refunded to your Account Balance. 77sk's decision on the outcome of any malfunctioned game round is final. No compensation will be paid for perceived or expected winnings that were not physically recorded by 77sk's game servers prior to the malfunction.

Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets — including cricket, PSL, UFC, kabaddi, and other available markets — are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the 77sk Sportsbook Rules. In the event of a conflict between a specific sport's rules and these general Terms, the specific rules will prevail for that market. 77sk reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any betting market at its sole discretion where integrity concerns, data errors, or unusual betting patterns are identified.

Disputes. Any dispute relating to the outcome of a game or bet must be raised with 77sk support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. 77sk's internal dispute resolution team will review all submitted disputes and issue a final decision within 10 business days.

77sk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income, and not a means of resolving financial difficulties. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing stress, financial strain, or personal problems, 77sk provides the following tools directly within every player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you at defined intervals during active game sessions.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications showing total session time and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 77sk Account and restrict re-registration for a period of 6 months or more.

Where 77sk's compliance team identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling — including but not limited to chasing losses, erratic stake sizing, extended continuous session durations, or repeated failed withdrawal reversals — 77sk reserves the right to proactively apply account restrictions, reduce limits, or initiate a responsible gaming review without player request. Player welfare takes precedence over commercial considerations in every such decision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77sk platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban. 77sk reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing third parties to operate an Account in your name.
• Using false, borrowed, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or promotional loopholes to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal play conditions — commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" in circumstances that exploit platform errors.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or multi-player formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or using the 77sk platform as a conduit for any financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77sk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the 77sk platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location obfuscation.

77sk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; identification of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77sk is entitled to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any real-money winnings derived from bonus play where the breach involved bonus abuse or exploitation. Real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach may be returned at 77sk's discretion following a compliance review.

You may close your own Account at any time by contacting 77sk support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal requests and outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the 77sk platform — including but not limited to the 77sk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77sk or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77sk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 77sk content without prior written authorisation from 77sk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sk's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 77sk Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77sk shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, anticipated winnings, or opportunity; (b) indirect or consequential losses of any kind; (c) losses resulting from Force Majeure events; (d) losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security; or (e) technical failures originating outside 77sk's direct infrastructure, including internet service provider outages, device failures, or payment network delays.

77sk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the 77sk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, transactions, and customer support interactions.

77sk will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to: licensed game providers whose titles appear on the platform; payment processors required to facilitate PKR transactions; identity verification partners conducting KYC checks; and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally compelled to disclose.

77sk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 77sk will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent notice displayed upon login.

For minor, non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to contact details), changes will take effect immediately upon publication to the 77sk website without individual player notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 77sk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77sk holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is identified in 77sk's licence documentation, which is available upon written request to our support team.

Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to external arbitration or legal proceedings, you agree to first submit the matter to 77sk's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate this process, contact 77sk support in writing with full details of the dispute. 77sk will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and issue a final internal decision within 10 business days. This internal process is free of charge to the player.

External Escalation. Where you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified in 77sk's gaming licence. Details of the applicable body and the escalation procedure will be provided in 77sk's internal resolution decision letter.
